The last year brought tornadoes, earthquakes, wildfires, home break-ins  and hurricanes that caused billions of dollars in insured damage. Insurance companies everywhere estimate that only 10% of households that are damaged have a complete and updated list of contents. In other works there are billions in valid claims that go unreported because homeowners are not prepared.
