The creators of HomeActions have been involved in developing web-based information services solutions involving homeowners on a local and nationwide basis for many years.

Albert Clark, President, has been a homeowner advocate since starting out in Washington, D.C. in the early 90's. He and some friends on Capitol Hill started the first ever nationwide group of homeowners to work along side other lobbying groups such as the National Association of Realtors, Mortgage Bankers Association and a myriad of governmental agencies such as HUD. The United Homeowners Association aimed to eliminate unproductive barriers to home ownership and created first time homeowner assistance programs. It's secondary goal was to elevate the "American Dream" of home ownership to a national focus.
He battled for better consumer protections in Mortgage, Real Estate, Telecommunications and Energy Deregulation issues. Highlights of this advocacy include commendation by President Clinton for his involvement as a founding member of the President's National Home ownership Strategy, a group of 55 national organizations working to reduce barriers to Home ownership.
Today, Clark oversees creation of new content, delivery systems and the rollout of the HomeActions Community Platform. This Homeowner-helping-Homeowner feature in HomeActions will deliver web 2.0 services to members and help them manage their most important social and economic asset- Their HOME.
